Hello All!

Life has been moving fast since graduating back in 1982.

After returning home from my mission (Hawaii-Honolulu), I did some schooling and eventually went to work for Little Giant Ladders.
I met my wife (Debbie Manookin) at the College 2nd Ward on the UVCC campus. We were married in August 1988. We eventually ended up with six children: Jeff, Russell, Rachel, Susie, Niles and Emma.
In 1990, I began employment with the Utah Highway Patol. I'll be eligible for retirement in 2010, but will most likely stay on for a few more years. I devote a lot of time at Provo High with a High School Adoption project where we focus on getting the students to make seatbelt use a life long habit. Two years ago, I was able to teach the Law Enforcement Class in upper B-Wing for one semester.

Our oldest son left for an LDS Mission to the Rio de Janeiro North Mission on 04 November 2008. Our oldest daughter, Rachel, played on the PHS Freshman Volleyball team this year.
My wife was offered a part-time job with the Department of Public Safety as our Legislative Lobbyist. She has been quite successful in helping to bring the UHP's wages up to where they belong! Also, it's been nice to finally have a Governor that cares about the UHP and our families!
I keep in touch with a few from our class (Udall, Robison, Binks and few others). I've stopped a few more during the years, but I will not give names :)
I look forward to seeing "Posts" from many of our classmates. Be sure to check out the "Provo High Class of 1982 Alumni" group on Facebook.
